Underworld Spires are huge slade structures built in times before time. Demons that have been brought into the world by deities will build these sites as a bridge between the mortal world and the Underworld and rule from their spire. Underworld spires are large structures leading deep underground and comprised of several kinds of rooms. Among these are large, circular open halls; several levels of long, winding tunnels with prison cells containing kidnapped children; and deep pits filled with corpses, weapons and various crafts. Very deep down will be found a purple staircase simply named as the "underworld portal" Beyond the portal are the very lowest series of rooms, which eventually open up directly into Hell, with several demons waiting below.
