Masterwork Mod:
Its a curse. A random creature can find a slab teaching the secrets of wizardry, either in worldgen or adv. mode, and this wizard can curse people and turn them into berserkers. Its part of WizardTower/Dwarf Chocolate, written by SethCrieyd, a mod I added.
