There have been several attempts to perform superwarrior training with children by locking them in a small area with animals (causing overcrowding and fighting). Unfortunately, most animals are capable of causing significant injury to the aspiring trainee. It appears, however, that captured goblin snatchers make great live punching bags. After they have been discovered and caged they are generally disinterested in attacking or capturing a child, but the child can and will throw (mostly harmless) punches when in close proximity. Place a few kids and snatchers in a confined space and let them box for a while. With a well-designed layout the snatchers can be caged and reused for further rounds of training. More !!SCIENCE!! is required! --Loci (talk) 17:07, 26 November 2013 (UTC)

Store owned item?
I've never witnessed children perform this job. If they drop a piece of clothing within their room when picking up new stuff, the item will remain there forever (since it's an owned item within owned space), but the rooms of children tend to be those with the least garbage because afaik children don't actively drag their discarded junk to their rooms.

May be lack of data, though, since most children i can check are fort-born, and their fixation on their mother seems to override much of the reported "normal" child behaviour: outside of parties, they'll only enter the meeting hall when their mother goes there and largely ignore personally assigned bedrooms, sleeping in their mother's quarters instead.--Larix (talk) 09:37, 21 June 2014 (UTC)
