A fanciful creature is one that is not mundane. Fanciful creatures include the Template:L, the powerful occupants of Template:L, and "merely" magical creatures such as werewolves and fairies. Fanciful creatures can appear in Template:L and other works of Template:L. Some fanciful creatures will spawn in certain biomes; fairies are common in good areas, and sasquatches can be seen occasionally in savage mountainous regions. Others can appear only in special circumstances. Examples of these are some of the targets of Template:L in Template:L, or the Template:L which occasionally attack you in Template:L.
Fanciful creatures in the game object data are defined by either the [FANCIFUL] or [MAGICAL] tokens.
