The ashery operating labor enables a dwarf to work at an ashery.

This single labor encompasses two different skills - making lye and making potash (whether from lye or from ash). Thus, workshop profiles should be utilized in order to restrict dwarves who are only trained in one of the two skills covered to only use the skill they know.
